Shipping and Return Information

If you're here, you are either:
a) getting more information before you place your order, or b) you have an order that you might be looking to return or exchange.
The information below (though a bit on the dry side) outlines all of our policies in what is hopefully a clear, concise, easy to understand manner.

- 99% of all orders ship within 24 hours or less
- Tracking information is provided for all orders
- Standard Shipping offers delivery in 2-6 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
- You may request to return an item within 14 days of purchase
- Return must be delivered to Daybreak within 28 days of purchase
- Items returned must be in the same condition it was received
- all manufacturer's packaging must be included
- all tags must be attached
- sealed manufacturer's packaging must be unopened (tamper evident packaging must not be broken)
- Send Returns with a Copy of your packing slip to:

- Include a copy of the packing slip with the return and write the desired response directly on it (i.e. Refund, Exchange for xxx, etc)
- You may request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color within 14 days of purchase
- Item to be exchanged must meet return requirements outlined above
- You pay return shipping, we pay to ship the new exchange item to you.
- You must notify us of any claim of a damaged, defective, or dead on arrival item within 24 hours of delivery for free replacement, otherwise, you would follow the normal return procedure above.
- Shipping and Handling is non-refundable
- There is a 15% restocking
- Refunds are processed by the Saturday after the return is received.
- Refunds are given back to the same method you used to pay
